REST API Changelog DECEMBER DIGITAL WALLETS We have updated endpoint description on Initial Sale Transaction (Digital Wallets). Sending digital wallet transactions to Forte requires enablement at the merchant (location) level, and compliance with a set of prerequisites defined for each wallet. Currently this feature is certified for Apple Pay ™ , Google Pay ™ in merchants processing credit card payments with Fiserv and Vantiv, please check additional requirements here. Digital wallet transactions can be sent using either decrypted or encrypted payload. Depending on the payload type, different parameters must be included in the transaction request. UPDATED PAYPAL We have added the Sandbox Testing PayPal on Forte REST API. Merchants can now simulate different responses when creating orders and agreements. They would also have the ability to pass the vendor order number or billing agreement ID when creating a transaction. ADDED NOVEMBER FORTE CHECKOUT We have added the serial_number parameter. This Enables merchants to pass terminal serial numbers for terminals configured in cloud mode. If the serial_number parameter is not passed, then Fote Checkout will display all the terminal serial numbers that are active for the merchant in Dex. ADDED OCTOBER EDYNAMO We have updated the example response for POST EMV Transaction (eDynamo). And also we have updated the Example Response for POST EMV Transaction (DynaFlex II Go) UPDATED TRANSACTIONS We have added tax_exempt parameter in transaction object table. This field is only required for procurement card transactions to indicate tax exemption and will be required to be passed as true only when sales_tax_amount is $0.
